Who Can Apply:
Candidates must meet eligibility requirements related to age and income along with experience and education that are stated below:
The maximum age of the candidate should be 38 years not less than that but there are age relaxations for some categories which are: ST/SC: 5 YEARS – OBC {NCL}: 10 YEARS – PwBD {UR}: 10 YEARS – PwBD {OBC-NCL}: 13 YEARS – PwBD {ST/SC}: 15 YEARS but the maximum age should not be more than 56 years including the relaxation.
For the post of Manager (Civil) the candidate must have a degree in civil/architecture engineering with 8 years of experience in construction/RCC/structural works or large projects. For the post of Manager (Mechanical) the candidate must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8 years of experience in heavy equipment/power plants or refinery maintenance. For the post of Manager (Electrical) the candidate must have a Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering with 8 years of experience in power distribution and plant maintenance. For the post of Manager (Chemical) candidate must have a degree in chemical engineering or an M.Tech in applied chemistry with 8 years of experience in alumina or metal processing plants. For the post of Manager (E&I) candidate must have a degree in E&I/ECE/Instrumentation with 8 years of experience in DCS/PLC or refinery projects
CTC Requirement:- The PSU/Govt candidates must have worked for two years in the immediately lower scale and the candidates in the private sector must have a minimum CTC of ₹22.82 lakhs.
